Return Policy
Items purchased using sale pricing or discount codes (other than the WELCOME discount) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Return & Exchange Duration and Eligibility
Our return and exchange window is 15 days.
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be shipped back to us within 15 days starting from the day your order is delivered.
Example:
If you contact us on day 15 but ship the return on day 18, the request will not be eligible for return or exchange.
In the event of a chargeback for an ineligible return, we reserve the right to submit our Shipping & Returns Policy to the payment provider as evidence that the policy was clearly communicated.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible:
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Tags must be attached
- Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
